Return Window
Items must be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after 90 days will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

- Items must be returned in original packaging
- All components, accessories, and documentation must be included

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee.
